Pune: Two-Wheeler Driver Dies After Getting Hit By A Truck
Pune, 6th June 2022: A two-wheeler driver died on the spot after being hit by a speeding truck. The accident took place at Manjari Fata (No. 15) Chowk on Solapur Road today (Monday, June 6) in the morning.
Sanjay Dnyandev Bhosale (52), a resident of Shewalewadi is the name of the victim who died in the accident. Sachin Revannath Pathade (37), a resident of Manjari village, in front of Manjari Farm, Pune has lodged a complaint at Hadapsar Police Station. Aas Mohammad Anees Ahmad (27), a resident of Dhakka in Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh has been arrested.

According to the information given by the police, the deceased Sanjay Dnyandev Bhosale was employed at Serum Institute of India and was going to work on a two-wheeler in the morning. At that time, he was hit by a speeding truck heading towards Pune at Manjari Fata Chowk.

The two-wheeler fell on the road and the wheel of the truck went over the Bhosale’s head, killing him on the spot. Hadapsar police sub-inspector Suvarna Gosavi is conducting further investigations.
