Pune: Youth From Dombivali Drowned In Hadashi Dam Backwater
Paud, 6th June 2022: Mulshi Disaster Management Team has succeeded in finding the body of Shivam Suryakant Patil (23), a resident of Sagarli, Dombivali who drowned in Hadashi dam while he was on a tour.
Shivam had gone with friends and relatives Bhavesh Patil, Sahil Patil, Avinash Patil, Rahul Patil, Vinayak Kurade, Amit Ghate and Sabu Satyan to stay at a farmhouse near Kashig village in Mulshi taluka. On the evening of June 4, Shivam went for a swim with a friend at Hadashi dam. While the two were swimming, Shivam sank into the mud under the water. His friend called Swapnil Temghare as his friend was not able to find him. After that, Police Patil of Kashig village informed about the incident to Paud police station under Pune rural police.

A police team under the guidance of police inspector Ashok Dhumal rushed to the spot. But the search could not be carried out at night as it was getting dark till the police team reached there. Shivam’s body was found during a search operation on Sunday morning.
