Pune: Young Boy Tricks Minor Girl Into Uploading Pornographic Video On Website

Pune, 30th October 2022: With his manipulative talk, a 16-year-old boy forced a classmate to record a pornographic video of herself and upload it to a website without her knowledge. The sky only fell on the minor girl after a friend informed her later. Both friends are from Warje, according to the police.

The absconding boy persuaded his friend that he could give her a platform to become a porn star if she agreed to make a naked video that he could send to a film director. He told her that doing so would make her an international pornstar. They made the video at her house while her parents were away, and the boy later uploaded it to a website without her knowledge.

“The video was uploaded on a website on 6th October 2022. One of the minor girl’s friends saw the video and then told her about it. When she failed to delete it, she told her parents about it,” said the police report.

She was terrified when she couldn’t delete the video and asked her friend to do it for her. But then he stopped speaking to her. Her parents were furious, but they went straight to the cyber police station. The case was then transferred to the police station in Warje. The police removed the video from the website and filed a complaint at the parents’ request. Because the parents were not prepared, it was filed by a police sub-inspector.

PSI Pravin Bhopale filed the complaint, and a case was filed under IPC sections 292 (of obscene books), 501 (printing or engraving matter known to be defamatory), as well as the IT Act and POCSO.

Senior police inspector Dagdu Hake said, “This case has been transferred from the cyber police station. Since the parents were not ready to file a police complaint, one of our officers gave the complaint. We are investigating the matter.”

The police are searching for the boy and the young girl is receiving counseling.
