New Delhi, 16th November 2023: The long-awaited notification for the recruitment of Junior Associates (Clerks) by the State Bank of India (SBI) has finally been unveiled. SBI announced the recruitment notification for over 8000 vacancies in the clerical cadre today, 16th November 2023. This trend suggested an anticipation of another substantial recruitment drive for clerical positions this year.

This year, SBI has announced a recruitment notification for 8283 posts, as estimated earlier. The age criteria specify a minimum age of 20 years and a maximum of 28 years, with relaxation in the upper age limit for candidates from reserved categories.

The selection process for SBI Clerk Recruitment involves preliminary and main examinations, followed by a Language Proficiency Test. Candidates who meet the cutoff marks in the preliminary exam will proceed to the mains exam, culminating in the Language Proficiency Test.
