New Delhi, September 5, 2020: During Corona pandemic, the fight over the examinations was very much discussed. In which the University Grants Commission (UGC) was adamant about the final year examinations in view of the future of the students, but now it does not want to have any such confrontation with the states regarding studies. This is the reason that nothing will be imposed on universities for studying, but everyone will be given full freedom to take decisions related to it at their level.

That is, which students have to be called in class, who do they want to teach online as if they will now make all the decisions at their level. However, instructions have been given to make 30 percent course online.

New guidelines are being prepared for the universities and colleges, the states will be authorized to take complete decisions related to it.
This guideline is expected by the end of September. Currently, all universities have to conduct final year examinations by 30th September and the UGC is keeping a close watch on this development.

The UGC has made it clear that amid the beginning of studies in universities, all universities will have to teach their 30% courses online even after the Corona pandemic. All universities have been asked to prepare for it and identify such content. The UGC believes that this will also develop an ability to teach online in universities.
