‘Unstoppable Mother’

Running is something which does not need much expenses and it is not time bound. You don’t have to register yourself and pay every month. You can run anytime and anywhere.

My father is above 60 and plays squash and he is a swimming champion in Patna. He is an inspiration for me! I have learnt from my father that key to success is your passion, your hard work, patience,consistency and focus. It will take you where you want to be. This is applicable everywhere in life not only sports. Always do at least little,we all are tied up with our life and daily chores but we can take out at least 40 minutes daily for ourselves and our body.

There is nothing which is impossible and its all in our mind. We need to exercise to conquer our mind. Our body is just a slave. It will do what our mind wants. We need to master our mind and the body will automatically achieve the goal. Healthy and good nutrition is also important .

I did my first half marathon in Ahmednagar in 2015 and finished in 2 hrs 30 minutes. It was a great achievement for me. My Second half marathon on 26th July 2015, beautiful experience, podium finished in 2 hrs 28 mins and won a second runner up trophy.

Now that I have done this, marks a lifestyle change for me. My fitness goal is the ability to do new challenges at any time. I want to give a new direction to my life by exploring the inner and outer strength within myself and push my body to a limit that mentally and physically never tired. And I do this because i love this feeling.

My family and their love makes a big contribution and difference!!My husband Amit Gupta has always supported me and encouraged me. My son Aryan Gupta is love of my life and a reason of my strength in various ways.

I would like to thank everyone for their good wishes and love without their support it was not possible.
