Coronavirus: 8702 New Cases In Maharashtra, 56 Deaths

Mumbai, Feb 25, 2021: A total of 3744 patients were discharged and 8702  new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. Today, 56 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 2.44%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 21,29821 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

According to the health department, 21,29821 patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 2.44%. As of today, there are 64,260 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 94.49% while the fatality rate in the state is 2.44%. Currently, 3,05,745 people are in home quarantine and 2521 people are in institutional quarantine.

Out of 1,60,26,587 laboratory sample 21,29,821 have been tested positive (13.29) for COVID-19 until today.
