Cricketer Ruturaj Dasharath Gaikwad Buys Apartment Worth Rs Eight Crore In Pune

Pune, 5th October 2022: Indian cricketer Ruturaj Dasharath Gaikwad has bought an apartment in Pune for Rs 8 crore, according to a report by Money Control. The unit is in the Amar Landmark building in Someshwarwadi, Pune.

 

According to the Agreement for Sale, the buyer paid a stamp duty of Rs 56 lakh. According to the documents, the property was registered on 29th September. They displayed a 2,919-square-foot apartment with four parking spaces. The property was purchased from Pritam Constructions Private Limited, a builder.

 

Cricketer Prithvi Pankaj Shaw paid Rs 10.5 crore for a flat in Bandra West in May of this year. Shaw had purchased an eighth-floor apartment in the 81 Aureate by MJ Shah project on KC Road. Former India speedster Zaheer Khan and his wife Sagarika purchased a 4,000-square-foot property in Mumbai for Rs 11.5 crore last year, joining the list of celebrities and industrialists taking advantage of the stamp duty cut in India’s financial capital. Cricketer Harbhajan Singh sold an apartment in Mumbai for Rs 17.58 crore in November last year. In June of last year, cricketer Rohit Sharma sold a property in Lonavla, a hill station, for Rs 5.25 crore. The property measures 6,329 square feet.
