Girl gangraped in Pimpri by boyfriend and his two friends

Pimpri – A 21-year old girl was allegedly raped by three persons including her boyfriend in last one month in Pimpri. Police have arrested the three accused persons, while search is one for three others.

The woman had come to stay with her grand mother here in December last year when a youth from the neighborhood befriended her. She used to go for walk at a nearby park where the youth met her. Later they started going for sightseeing in his three different cars. The girl has alleged that he had spiked her cold drinks and then raped her in car between March and May. He also told about it to his friends who gangraped her after again mixing sedatives in her drink.

After her health deteriorated, her grandmother took her back to her house in Nerul. When the family members took her to hospital, it was found she was pregnant. After that they lodged an FIR with Nerul police station and case was transferred to Pimpri police station.

Till now police have arrested Saurabh Shetty, Harshal Bhatiya and Naseeb Khan of Ajmera Colony in Pimpri.
