Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2021: Application started For 350 Posts Of Navik GD And Mechanical
3rd July 2021: Indian Coast Guard has started the process of online application for the recruitment of 350 posts of the sailor and mechanical. These include 260 for Navik (General Duty), 50 for Navik (Domestic Branch), 20 for Mechanical (Mechanical), 13 for Mechanic (Electrical) and Mechanical (Electronics). There are 7 posts. The application process will run from 2 July i.e. from today to 16 July 2021. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting joinindiancoastguard.gov.in by 16 July.
Eligibility
Sailor (GD): 12th pass with Maths and Physics.
Sailor (Domestic Branch): 10th pass.
Mechanical: 10th pass and Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/
Age Limit
18 to 22 years.
Sailor (GD) & Mechanical: Born between 1st February 2000 to 31st January 2004.
Sailor (Domestic Branch): Born between 1st April 2000 to 31st March 2004.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on Written Exam, Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, and Medical Test.
There will be a written test in the first phase. Candidates who will qualify for the written test will be called for the Physical Efficiency and Physical Standard Test.
