Jobs In 2021: Work From Home Trend Will Increase Opportunities And Employment

Pune, January 10, 2021: The success of the work-from-home system in 2020, following the lockdown imposed due to the Coronavirus epidemic, will boost short-term jobs to the hybrid workforce this year, shows study.

According to the study ‘2021 Talent Technology Scenario’, a website providing services related to employment, “In 2020, short term employment will be boosted by the entry of experienced people and new people (graduates) in the job market. This will promote diversity, inclusiveness, and business.”

The study said that by deciding the working period itself, the participation of women in employment will also increase. As a result, the number of women in leadership roles shall also increase in the future.

The study is based on information received from more than 100 C-suite and HR executives. These executives represent more than 100 organizations. Information was collected from them through surveys, social media input, interviews, and panel discussions.

According to the survey, 20 percent of the executives said that the appointments for new employees will be made via external vendors, HR consultants, and agencies. At the same time, 80 percent of the executives said that they would prefer internal appointments.
