Madhya Pradesh: MPPSC State Service Examination Notification Released For 235 Posts

Bhopal, December 29, 2020: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the notification for the State Service Examination 2020. According to the MPPSC State Service Exam 2020 notification issued by the Commission on Monday, December 28, 2020, jointly preliminary for the State Service Examination 2020 and State Forest Service Examination 2020 to be held for recruitment to a total of 235 posts in various departments of the State Government. 

The exam will be held on 11 April 2021. Interested candidates will be able to apply on the portal of the Commission, mppsc.nic.in. The process of application will start from noon on 11 January 2021 till 12 pm on 10 February 2021.

235 posts to be filled through state service exam 2020

According to the notification of Madhya Pradesh State Service Examination 2020, for a total of 235, the selection process is to be conducted this year. These vacancies are related to gazetted and third-tier executives in the second category. Out of these, the maximum number of 40 vacancies in the Secondary category is that of Assistant Director in School Education Department, while the second-highest number of vacancies of State Administrative Services Sub-District Head in General Administration Department has been declared 27. Similarly, Madhya Pradesh Subordinate Accounts Service has a maximum of 88 vacancies in the third category executive. At the same time, 38 vacancies of Naib Tehsildar have been declared in the Revenue Department.

Eligibility criteria

Those candidates who have passed Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university or any other higher education institution for the Madhya Pradesh State Service Examination 2020. Candidates from the final year or semester may also apply. However, such candidates will have to pass the Graduate Qualifying Examination by the last date of application. In addition, the candidates should be at least 21 years of age on 1 January 2021 and 40 years should be the maximum for non-uniformed positions. At the same time, the maximum age limit for uniformed posts is 33 years.
