Pune: Maharashtra’s First 24/7 Emergency Dental Clinic Inaugurated At Azam Campus
Camp, December 29, 2020: MA Rangoonwala College of Dental Sciences in association with Unani medical college has set up 24/7 emergency dental clinic which is first of it’s kind in Maharashtra.
It was inaugurated by Dr P A Inamdar, president, Maharashtra Cosmopolitan Education Society, on 28th December at Azam Campus. Abeda Inamdar, vice president, MCE Society, Dr Nazzem Shaikh, Dr Ramandeep Dugal, R A Shaikh, Dr J B Garde, Dr Mushtaq Mukadam were present.
Dr J B Garde, Head of Dental Unit said Dental pain is very acute and severe. There is not a single Dental Clinic in Maharashtra which provides services 24/7. Keeping in mind all emergency services in Dentistry this unique well equipped modern clinic will provide Emergency trauma care to Oral and Maxillofacial region, Emergency infection management like Ludwig’s Angina, Emergency Acute pain management, Post extraction bleeding management.
