Pimple Gurav: Two dogs burnt to death, 12 found poisoned

Pimple Gurav, January 5, 2021: An incident that has embarrassed the image of humanity has taken place in Pimpri-Chinchwad. Petrol was thrown on two dogs and they were set on fire. The incident took place in the Pimple Gurav. 10 to 12 dogs including puppies have been found dead due to poisoning.

According to animal lover Kunal, two dogs were set on fire in Shivneri street in Pimple Gurav area while 12 other stray dogs died due to poisoning. The incident took place on Sunday and Monday.

In December, a stray dog was thrown from the fourth floor at Pimple Gurav Shrishti Chowk. He was seriously injured and died on the spot. While the incident was fresh, other dogs were reportedly set on fire.

Kunal has lodged a complaint with police which is investigating the case.
