Pune, 21st January 2025: At Adventure IIT, we understand that the journey to exam success isn’t just about academics. Emotional and psychological well-being plays a critical role in helping students stay focused and resilient. Today, as part of our weekly program, we conducted a session aimed at promoting mental health and stress management for our JEE aspirants. These sessions are held alternate weeks to ensure that students have the necessary emotional support as they prepare for their exams.

“In addition to these sessions, we organize workshops with certified trainers to equip students with tools for better handling stress, anxiety, and pressure. Today’s session was followed by a visit to the sports center, where students engaged in physical activities such as badminton and sickle ball.
