Pune Cantonment Board Seals Hotel Dilli Darbar, Sujata Mastani

Camp, 17th September 2021: The Pune Cantonment Board (PCB) today sealed Hotel Dilli Darbar and Sujata Mastani for violating trade licence norms. PCB officials said that about 700 business establishments are under scanner in the PCB area.

PCB CEO Amit Kumar said that the health department has sealed two establishments for violation of the mandatory trade licence rules as per the Cantonment Act. They will remain shut till further orders.

According to PCB, notices have been issued to some violators. PCB charges Rs 800 to Rs 3,000 as licence fees. Applicants have to apply on the PCB website and submit the necessary documents online.

As per the Cantonment Act 2006, the board can charge fines of Rs 50,000 for violations of rules.
