Pune City: 5600 New COVID Cases, 38 Deaths Reported Today
Pune, 6 April 2021: In the last 24 hours, a total of 3481 were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. 5600 new patients were detected while 38 people died. Today swab samples of 17,389 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients to date has reached 2,99,721 out of which 2,49,373 have been cured while 5600 have died. There are still 44,822 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
