Pune: Day-Old Baby Found in Waste of Talegaon Dabhade Public Toilet
Talegaon, 19th April 2024: A disturbing incident occurred in Talegaon Dabhade, where a day-old male infant was found in the waste of a public toilet. The discovery was made on Wednesday (17th April) morning at 7:75 AM.
Police constable Sunil Sagar filed a complaint at Talegaon Dabhade Police Station. A case has been registered against an unknown woman in connection with the incident.
According to the police, they received information about the infant being found in the garbage of a public toilet in Talegaon Dabhade city. The police quickly responded and took custody of the infant. When the child was taken to the hospital, doctors confirmed that he had already passed away.
The infant, a one-day-old male, appeared to have been abandoned in the public toilet with the intent to dispose of him. The police have registered a case against an unknown woman and are actively investigating the matter to determine the circumstances and the person or persons responsible for abandoning the infant.
