Pune: Ghodawat Retail Business Head Colludes With Employees To Cheat Company Of Rs 30 Lakh

Koregaon Park, 5th May 2023: An FIR has been registered against the business head of Ghodawat Retail who allegedly colluded with employees to steal edible oil, rice, and other goods and sell them illegally, cheating the company of Rs 30 lakhs.

According to the Koregaon Park Police Station, the accused are Vikas Srivastava, Gnanamurthy Jha, and Rajesh Kumar Avinash Jha. The complaint was filed by Sudarshan Kumar Patil (40), a resident of Jaisingpur, Kolhapur, and manager of Ghodawat Retail.

During a relevant period, the then Business Head Vikas Srivastava, with the help of other workers of the firm, allegedly stole edible oil and rice commodities of the company and sold them illegally. He embezzled Rs 30 lakhs obtained from the illegal sale of the goods.
