Pune: Monsoon 2020 reaches Pune, Mumbai, covers entire state
Pune, June 14, 2020: Southwest Monsoon has reached Pune, Mumbai on Sunday, informed India Meteorological Department (IMD) Pune.
Anupam Kashyapi, Head of Weather, IMD Pune said that the Monsoon 2020 has now covered all of Maharashtra.
Different parts of the city had rainfall on Saturday, the highest being in Talegaon at 13mm. However, the IMD has predicted moderate rainfall throughout the coming week for Pune city/district. At the same, heavy rainfall warning had been issued for ghat areas in the district today.
