Pune: Teacher At City’s Renowned College Using Derogatory Remarks Against Hindu Gods, Allege Students
Pune 2nd August 2023 : The students of city’s renowned college have alleged a teacher of using objectionable words against Hindu gods in his classroom. A written complaint in this regard has been filed with police in the matter. The complaint was submitted by the members of Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). The students have also submitted a written complaint to the college principal in the matter.
According to the complaint, the teacher was found using objectionable remarks against Hindu gods on several occasions during his lecture. He was not respectful of gods and has been using statements that could hurt religious sentiments. The students have alleged that the teacher has been involved in promoting Christian religion in the college premises.
“Professor Ashok Dhole working at Symbiosis College, SB Road has repeatedly made statements that insult Hindu culture and great personalities. He has also made derogatory remarks against the revered deities Lord Rama and Lord Krishna and attempted to convert students to another religion. ABVP will not remain silent unless he is suspended and a strict action is taken against him” Anil Thombare, Pradesh Mantri of ABVP said.
