Republican Akshay Bhojan Yojana daily feeding 5300 people in Pune
Pune, 15th May 2020: Amidst extreme emergency where life was devastated and there was no hope for poor and needy Union Minister Ramdas Athawale and his Pune Team started Republican Akshay Bhojan Yojana with aid & food directly reaching slums where people were drastically affected with hunger and calamity.
To help this mega plan to serve thousands every day the team meticulously planned Operations, Food Management, Transport , Police & Administration Permissions , Volunteers, Hygiene & Safety , Communication & Coordination in and across Pune to make sure food reached to them in the utmost clean and hygienic manner first time in the History of Pandemic where mankind was at stake.
6 Satellite Kitchens were planned to make sure distance and time is maintained in all the zones of Pune in all directions including East, West, North, and South & Central Kitchen said Sanee Awsarmmel -National President – National Union of Hospitality Industry of India ( A National Unit of Republican Party of India – Athawale ) who is heading the Mega Scheme & Task in Pune.
Hospitality Industry of India – Pune Division was roped in with their best players who played the apt role of helping the plan to be more effective and prominent. Hospitality Giants including Bindra’s Hospitality, New Prashant Catering Company , Uber Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. , Ranjeet Hospitality Services and Solapur Social Foundation made food for needy which started with mere 200 which ultimately reached 5300 pax everyday.
Beneficiary areas were Pune Nagar Road , Ramwadi Siddhart Nagar , Mulik Vasti , Viman Nagar Transit Camp , Vadgaon Sheri Transit Camp, Sopan Nagar , Lohegaon , Sant Nagar , Chirke Vasti , Rajeev Gandhi Nagar ,Chandan Nagar , Khulewadi Transit Camp , Hadapsar , Vaiduwadi , Samarth Nagar . Margdata Vihar , Manjri , Pimpri Chinchwad , Kharalwadi , Dange Chowk , Gandhi Nagar slums ,Keshav Nagar , Lonkar Vasti ,Ghorpade Vasti , Loni Kalbhor , Loni Staion and so on.
The scheme will be continued even post COVID with the plan to Self Help, Educate and Empower the Slum Dwellers with right kind of information and education about standing on their own feet and make India more Powerful and Self Reliant on the lowest strata of Economy that is Slums said Sanee Awsarmmel.
All RPI – ATHAWALE Senior Party Workers from Pune Division & Hospitality Industry of India – Pune Division along with NUHII Core Team is part of Republican Akshay Bhojan Yojana.
