SSC CHSL Releases Notifications To Fill 1,600 Positions; Check Details Here

New Delhi, 11th May 2023: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Tuesday (May 9) released a notification inviting applications to fill approximately 1,600 vacancies through Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination 2023.

 

These vacancies are provisional and the final vacancy positions will be disclosed in due course.

 

The SSC website SSC.nic.in is accepting online applications for the exam till 11 p.m. on June 8.

 

 

The application cost for general candidates is Rs 100 per application. This can be conveniently paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards. Alternatively, candidates may also choose to make the payment in cash at SBI Branches by generating an SBI Challan.

 

The Commission will hold a competitive examination to fill Group C positions, such as lower divisional clerks, junior secretariat assistants, and data entry operators, in a number of the Government of India’s Ministries, Departments, and Offices as well as various Constitutional Bodies, Statutory Bodies, and Tribunals.

 

 

The dates for the SSC CHSL 2023 Tier-I (Computer-Based Examination) are August 2–August 22. At a later time, the dates for the Tier-II CBE will be released.

 

Examination Phases:

Computer-based examination (Tier-1)
Descriptive paper (Tier-2)
Skill test/typing test (Tier-3)

Steps to Apply:

Go to the official site of SSC, ssc.nic.in.
Click on apply online link on the homepage.
A new page will open where candidates will have to click the CHSL link.
Enter the required details and click on login.
Fill in the application form and make the payment of application fees.
Once done, click on submit and download the page
