Actress Charged Rs 2 Lakh For 2 Hours, Mumbai Police Bust High-Profile Prostitution Racket
Mumbai, 22 August 2021: The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police has arrested a 32-year-old model for running a sex racket. The model has been identified as Isha Khan. The investigation has revealed that this model was part of a racket in which some TV stars were also involved.
According to the information, the raid was conducted at a luxury hotel in Juhu on Thursday afternoon, after which this arrest has been made. During the raid, a TV actor and model managed to escape from there. Both of them were working with a well-known entertainment channel.
Senior Inspector Manish Sreedhankar said that the woman agent Isha Khan has told that she was running this racket for the last several years.
When someone informed DCP Datta Nalawade about Isha Khan, he alerted his team. Thereafter, the officials of Unit 7 sent a decoy customer to the accused model who demanded Rs 4 lakh from him. Isha Khan made a deal with the fake customer of two lakh rupees per girl for two hours. Isha Khan received Rs 50,000 while the selected girl received Rs 1.5 lakh.
The model and TV actress told that due to the lockdown caused by Corona, the shooting of commercials and TV serials was stopped, there was a shortage of money, so she joined prostitution business.
