Class 11th Admission: Over 23,000 Students Secure First Choice Colleges In Pimpri-Chinchwad
Pune, 21st June 2023: The selection list for the initial round of the online admission process for the 11th class in the Pimpri-Chinchwad region was announced today. During this first round, a total of 42,239 students have been granted admission, with 23,351 students securing their preferred colleges as their first choice.
Following the release of the 10th-class results, the admission process for the 11th class commenced on 8th June 2023. The deadline for completing the first part of the application was initially set for 12th June, while the deadline for the second part was set for 15th June. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, many students were unable to complete the first part of the 11th-grade entrance within the given timeframe. Consequently, the deadline was extended until 14th June for the payment of the first part and until 17th June for the payment of the second part.
Among the students who were selected for their first choice colleges in the initial round, there were 2,476 students from the arts stream, 8,500 students from the commerce stream, 11,953 students from the science stream, and 422 students from other professional courses. Students who have been granted admission are required to visit their respective colleges and confirm their admissions by 24th June 2023.
