Pune : MSRTC Bus Meets With Accident Near Narayangaon, Several Passengers Injured
Pune 18th August 2023: In a tragic incident reported on Pune-Nashik highway on Friday morning, a bus of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) met with an accident near Narayangaon. The bus that was moving towards Nashik from Pune collided with another vehicle while trying to save a biker on the road.
The accident was reported at around 8:30 am in the morning. Several passengers onboard sustained minor injuries in the incident while a biker was also injured. However, those involved in the rescue operation had to struggle to bring out passengers as the doors of the bus got locked immediately after the accident and windows had to be broken to bring out people from the bus.
