Third Edition Of Koodo India Team Inter-Club Tennis Championships From February 27
Pune, 26 February 2021: A total of 260 players from 26 club teams from Pune have confirmed their entries for the third edition of the Koodo India Team Tennis Championships that will be organized by Mukund Joshi and Dr Amit Patankar in association with Fergusson College Tennis Academy under the auspices of Pune Metropolitan District Tennis Association (PMDTA) on the Fergusson College Tennis courts from 27th February 2021.
The event is sponsored by Koodo India. The winning team will get Rs.20,000 and a trophy, while the Runners up will get Rs 10,000. A total of 26 teams participated in the event which included top-ranked teams like Last year winner Deccan Chargers, Early Birds, Solaris RPTA, Deccan Warriors, Rutuparna Dynamytes, ODMT A, ODMT C, FC A, FC B. ACES, Solaris Gogetters, SP 3, MWTA, FC C, Tennisnuts RAFA, Law Chargers, Solaris Dynamos, PCLTA, Deccan Avengers, SP 1, Tennisnuts ROGER, Tennis Tigers, Montvert, Maharashtra Mandal, ODMT B and SP 2 will be seen in the action.
The event will be held on a league cum knock out basis, while 2 matches will be open double matches and the other two matches will be in the categories of 90 plus and 100 plus each giving every tennis player in the city an opportunity to play.
