Application Process For Air Force Agniveer Recruitment 2023 To Start From November; Check Eligibility And Other Requirements

New Delhi, 13th October 2022: On Wednesday (October 12), the Indian Air Force announced the date for the recruitment of Agniveers. In a tweet, the Air Force said that both men and women can join the recruitment. The registration process will start from the first week of November. The exam will be conducted online in mid-January 2023. Soon the detailed notification will be released on agnipathvayu.cdac.in.

 

The recruitment process of Agniveervayu in the Air Force for the year 2022 has been done. Now this recruitment is to start for the year 2023.

 

Under the Agnipath scheme, soldiers are being recruited for four years in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force. Agniveers of the Air Force have been named Agniveervayu. After 4 years, 75 percent of the soldiers will be sent home. The remaining 25 per cent Agniveers will be appointed as permanent jawans.

 

The educational requirements are given below:

1. For Science Subjects
– Applicant should have passed 12th class with at least 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and English as subjects.
– Candidates must have at least 50% marks in English.
OR
– Three years Engineering Diploma holders with 50% marks
OR
– Two years Vocational course with minimum 50% marks in two non-vocational subjects like Physics and Maths.

2. For Non-Science Students
– 12th pass with at least 50% marks in any subjectol other than Science subjects.
– Candidates must have at least 50% marks in English.

 

Age Requirements are as follows:

– The age of candidates should be more than 17.5 years and less than 21 years. The height of the applying candidate should be at least 152.5 cms. Their chest should inflate by 5 cm.

The probable selection process based on previous recruitment are as follows:
– Online Test.
– Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
– Medical Test.
– Interim Selection List – 1st December, 2022
– Enrollment – 11th December, 2022
