Schools To Reopen In Pune From Friday, 15th July: PMC

Pune, 14th July 2022: The officials from Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) have clarified that schools will reopen from Friday (15th July) as they had given a holiday for only one day.

Some schools and parents are confused as the District Collector had issued an order for a three days holiday from Thursday to Saturday (16th July).

However, PMC education officer Minakshi Raut told PunekarNews.in, “We had given only one day holiday considering the rain situation. So, schools will reopen from Friday.”

The PMC public relations officer also confirmed that schools will reopen from Friday.

PMC Commissioner Vikram Kumar said that schools in the PMC area will open tomorrow (Friday).
